TPM 24 Conference

As the TPM '24 conference sponsor, Ocean Network Express contracted us for the VIP program. We designed and operated a comprehensive shuttle service connecting the Convention Center, hotel blocks, and off-site meetings. To ensure smooth wayfinding, we deployed A-frame stop signage and a custom Google Maps link showing precise stop locations. Our team staffed professional operators and on-site coordinators, and our in-house designers produced branded VIP shuttle passes for a cohesive guest experience.

For ZARA's influencer party in the Hollywood Hills, our team delivered end-to-end guest shuttle service from off-site parking to the entrance. We deployed six vehicles with six professional operators, coordinated smooth arrivals, and applied full ad-board graphics plus a hood wrap for high-impact brand visibility. The result: a streamlined guest experience and a polished, on-brand presence throughout the event.

How booking works

Nothing is charged when you send a request. You see the price before you commit to anything.

Tell us about the event

Date, location, the route your guests need, headcount, and how many hours you need us for (5-hour minimum).

Review your quote and sign

We price the job and send a quote. Accept it and the service agreement comes over for signature.

Pay the deposit

A deposit locks your date. Operators and vehicles get assigned, and your trip moves to confirmed.
